Custom sample production typically takes 7–10 days. Bulk manufacturing requires 25–35 days depending on specifications, followed by ocean or air freight under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.
How do you ensure product quality and international compliance?
We enforce strict multi-stage QC from combed cotton inspection to final stitching. All textiles meet Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, and we fully support third-party factory audits (e.g., SGS, Intertek).
